A few years after the completion of the shell construction, the time finally came for the builders to complete their new home and to make use of our expertise for the conception, implementation planning and furnishing.

The central living space of the house is found on the ground floor. The stated goal was to seamlessly merge the extensive gardens with the pool with the interior spaces in order to achieve a smooth transition from inside to outside that goes almost unnoticed. Thanks to the generous window fronts, strategically placed energy blockers were introduced inside to preserve the flow of energy in the building. These targeted elements efficiently prevent the positive energy from leaving the building and contribute to a balanced indoor climate.

The essential core of the house, in which the elevator to the upper floor is located, is surrounded by a refined wooden slat cladding. This carefully chosen cladding not only gives the house a visual impact, but also acts as an anchor element and energetic grounding of the entire property. It creates a connection between the two floors and exudes an inviting warmth that gives this home a calming atmosphere.
