Juergen Deimbacher

Juergen began his professional career studying business, but early on chose to follow his passion for aesthetics and the design of spaces.
For many years he worked internationally with renowned premium furniture brands and manufacturers – most recently as a member of the management board at the prestigious Atelier Bernd Gruber in Kitzbühel. In 2018, he founded Passmani Studio in Vienna to fully realize his vision of bespoke interior architecture and his distinctive aesthetic approach.
From this philosophy, alongside classical interior projects, selected real estate ventures are now emerging. Together with a carefully curated circle of investors, distinctive properties are discovered and thoughtfully reimagined – elevated through refined interior architecture into exceptional places to live.

Julia Berger
Senior Designer
Julia has been working in interior design for many years, during which time she has developed extensive specialist knowledge and in-depth expertise. She has played a key role in numerous exclusive projects realized for discerning clients. Her responsibility extends from concept to implementation planning, where she always works with the utmost precision and creativity. Furthermore, she plays a central role in the design and development of projects in the studio, with her aesthetic sense and attention to detail contributing significantly to the success and quality of the results.
Cornelius Bletsas
Architekt, Architect
As an architect, Cornelius understands how to work with clients to develop architectural solutions to individual design challenges. In his role as a civil engineer, he simultaneously represents the client’s interests and the technical and structural requirements within our planning processes. In this way, he lays the foundation for integrating interior design into the basic structure of a building. Furthermore, he is responsible for coordinating all construction trades and oversees projects with care and vision – from implementation to final handover.
