Family Home Steyr

The cornerstone for this modern villa was laid in 2021 on a spacious 3000 square meter property, lying gently on a hill. The shell of the building has been completed and in close cooperation with the architect, the concept planning for the interior design was integrated into the project in good time. In this way we were able to make a significant contribution to the final room geometries and cubatures. 

Thanks to the optimal energetic conditions of the property, the house was strategically positioned in a southerly orientation with a view of the picturesque foothills of the Alps – a position that brings these beautiful view to the fore. 

All surfaces and materials were designed with Mediterranean and slightly American influences. The key elements in white are harmoniously combined with surfaces made of natural oak wood and gray metal. The implementation planning not only extends to the kitchen and bathrooms, but also includes custom-made products such as a six-meter-high fireplace – the link between the living area and the kitchen. In addition, we included the design of the extensive entrance area and the production of various individual pieces of furniture in our planning.
