Villa Upperaustria

On a 3000 square meter property on a hill near the sky, the shell of the building was recently completed. In coordination with the architect, we were able to contribute to the final room geometries and sizes with our concept planning.

Last but not least, due to the ideal energetic conditions of the property, the house could be ideally positioned on the property with a view to the south and the Alpine foothills.

In addition to the kitchen and all bathrooms, the implementation planning includes custom-made products such as the six meter high fireplace as a connecting element between the gallery and library, the design of the long entrance area as well as bookshelves and individual pieces of furniture.
