Studio Monaco

We created a concept for the owner of a small studio apartment in Monaco as part of an upcoming general renovation. Our ideas serve as support for the planned sale and as a preview for the new owner. The challenge is the optimal use of space in the apartment due to its small size. The studio is north-west facing and has a partial sea view. It is therefore not subject to direct sunlight from the south. The furnishing style is internationally oriented with natural materials and a Mediterranean touch. The studio is currently for sale.
